Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving order. It is our priority to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please fill out the form below to initiate your return. If you receive damaged or defective garments, contact us at orders@halfsaint.com within 14 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange upon further investigation into the matter.

Items being submitted for returns must be received back in its original form. Garments must not be worn, altered, damaged, washed, and must be free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, makeup, bodily fluids or smells including deodorant, perfume or cologne. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs.

Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping fees. You may send the items back using USPS. We recommend using a trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost when in transit back to us. Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 2-3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm initiation process for your refund.

We process refunds within 5-7 business days, however we suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will post to your account. Each financial institution does have varying processing times.
